Is the packaging discreet?
Absolutely. We value your privacy above all else. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked courier bags or boxes. The shipping label will only describe the contents as a "Muscle Massager" or "Personal Care Tool". No one will know what’s inside but you.
How does the intelligent heating work?
The device features a built-in constant temperature system. Once activated, it warms the internal sleeve to approximately $40°C$ ($104°F$) within minutes. This mimics natural warmth for a more comfortable and realistic experience.
Is the device waterproof?
The internal silicone sleeve is fully removable and 100% waterproof for easy cleaning. However, the external electronic housing (the main body) contains the motor and charging port, so it should not be submerged in water. Use a damp cloth to wipe the exterior.
How do I clean and maintain the device?
It’s simple:
- Remove the internal silicone sleeve after use.
- Wash the sleeve with warm water and mild anti-bacterial soap.
- Pat dry with a lint-free towel and ensure it is completely dry before re-inserting it into the device.
- We recommend using water-based lubricants only to preserve the life of the silicone.
Can I use headphones with the device?
Yes! The device is equipped with a standard 3.5mm audio jack. You can plug in your earphones to enjoy the interactive audio feature privately without disturbing anyone else.
How long does the battery last?
A full charge via the included USB cable provides approximately 60–90 minutes of continuous use, depending on the intensity of the telescopic and vibration modes you choose.
